Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest endoproteza do implantacji w chirurgii kostnej zwłaszcza stawu biodrowego, bez użycia cementu chirurgicznego. Endoproteza stawu biodrowego do implantacji w zabiegach chirurgii kostnej stawów kulistych szczególnie stawu biodrowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi ją połączenie ruchowe poprzez powierzchnię styku (10) dwóch członów mechanizmu główki endoprotezy (9) i panewki (1) przy czym ich powierzchnie kontaktujące się z kością okołostawową posiadają kształt zbliżony do sfery, na której usytuowane są szpilki (2), o osi w zasadzie równoległej do osi wzdłużnej endoprotezy oraz łukowo ukształtowane co najmniej dwa ostrza skrawające (3) o łukowym zarysie przekroju poprzecznego, tworzącym rowek do odprowadzania produktów skrawania.
