Abstract
Łożysko oporowe wzdłużne smarowane cieczą magnetyczną złożone z wałka (1) z tarczą oporową, obudowy (10), nabiegunnika (3), dwóch magnesów trwałych (5, 6) oraz cieczy magnetycznej (9), przy czym wał (1) umieszczony jest w obudowie (10) i zakończony tarczą oporową w której usytuowany magnes trwały (5), spolaryzowany osiowo. Na powierzchni czołowej wału (1) usytuowana jest panewka porowata (8) tworząca wraz z kulką (7) oraz panewką (8) przegub kulowy. W górnej części obudowy (10) umieszczony jest wielokrawędziowy nabiegunnik (3), zamykający łożysko. W szczelinach pomiędzy wałkiem (1), pierścieniem ferromagnetycznym (4) magnesem trwałym (5), panewkami porowatymi (8), kulką (7), a wewnętrznymi powierzchniami nabiegunnika (3), obudowy (10) i wewnętrzną cylindryczną powierzchnią magnesu (6) a także pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi nabiegunnika (3) a wałkiem (1) znajduje się ciecz magnetyczna (9). Ciecz magnetyczna (9) w szczelinach powstałych pomiędzy wałem (1) i nabiegunnikiem (3), tworzy uszczelnienie ferromagnetyczne, zapewniające szczelność łożyska. Ciecz magnetyczna (9) znajduje się także na styku powierzchni panewek porowatych (8) nasyconych cieczą magnetyczną (9) i kulki (7) gdzie stanowi cienką warstwę filmu smarnego.Thrust bearing, lubricated with magnetic liquid, consisting of a shaft (1) with a thrust washer, a housing (10), a pole piece (3), two permanent magnets (5, 6) and a magnetic fluid (9), with the shaft (1) located in housing (10) and ended with a stop plate in which a permanent magnet (5) is located, axially polarized. On the front surface of the shaft (1) there is a porous bushing (8) which together with the ball (7) and bushing (8) form a ball joint. In the upper part of the housing (10) there is a multi-edge pole piece (3) closing the bearing. In the gaps between the shaft (1), the ferromagnetic ring (4), the permanent magnet (5), the porous bushings (8), the ball (7) and the inner surfaces of the pole piece (3), the housing (10) and the inner cylindrical surface of the magnet (6) and there is a magnetic fluid (9) between the sealing lips of the pole piece (3) and the shaft (1). The magnetic liquid (9) in the gaps between the shaft (1) and the pole piece (3) creates a ferromagnetic seal, ensuring the tightness of the bearing. The magnetic liquid (9) is also located at the contact surface of the porous bushings (8) saturated with the magnetic liquid (9) and the ball (7) where it forms a thin layer of the lubricating film.
