Abstract

Podwójne uszczelnienie promieniowe wału smarowane cieczą magnetyczną zawierające dwa uszczelnienia promieniowe (3), tuleje kołnierzową (7), magnesy trwałe (6), nabiegunniki (4) charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz korpusu (8) znajduje się wykonana z materiałów o właściwościach niemagnetycznych tuleja kołnierzowa (7). W jej wnękach symetrycznie względem kołnierza osadzone są uszczelnienia promieniowe (3) z metalową ferromagnetyczną wkładką (11) i wargą uszczelniającą (12) uszczelnienia promieniowego (3) i przylegają do powierzchni bocznych kołnierza tulei kołnierzowej (7), a od strony wnęki pierścieni promieniowych, do ich powierzchni bocznych, przylega nabiegunnik (4) w kształcie tulei z kołnierzem. Wewnętrzna powierzchnia cylindryczna nabiegunnika (4) o najmniejszej wartości średnicy znajduje się nad wargą uszczelniającą (12) uszczelnienia promieniowego (3). Ciecz magnetyczna (2) znajduje się w przestrzeni pomiędzy dwoma wargami uszczelniającymi (12) uszczelnienia promieniowego (3) oraz pomiędzy wargą uszczelniającą (12) uszczelnienia promieniowego (3), a wałem (1) co zapewnia smarowanie i szczelność układu. The magnetic liquid (2) is located in the space between the two sealing lips (12) of the radial seal (3) and between the sealing lip (12) of the radial seal (3) and the shaft (1), which ensures lubrication and tightness of the system. Permanent magnets (6) polarized in the axial direction are placed in holes located circumferentially in the flange of the flange sleeve (7).
