Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest system automatycznego wybierania dla operacji logistycznych dla potrzeb mieszania produktów na paletach zawierający system sterowania, moduł regału magazynowego, tace transportowo - magazynowe z otworami na wypychacze oraz moduł depaletyzacji i moduł paletyzacji. W systemie tym moduł depaletyzacji (MD) palet z produktem mono (PP MONO) zawiera system wybierania produktów całą warstwą (SWP) oraz magazyn palet pustych z depaletyzacji (MPPzD). Moduł depaletyzacji (MD) poprzez system transportu tac magazynowo - transportowych (STTMT) połączony jest z modułem regału magazynowego (RM), a na wejściu i wyjściu modułu regału magazynowego (RM) znajdują się pionowe windy towarowe przewożące w górę i w dół wybrane produkty na tacach transportowo-magazynowych (TMT) z otworami na wypychacze. Moduł regału magazynowego (RM) poprzez system transportu tac magazynowo - transportowych (STTMT) połączony jest z modułem paletyzacji (MP), który to moduł paletyzacji (MP) zawiera system wybierania produktu pojedynczego (SPP) wraz z systemem wizyjnym oraz system wybierania produktu całą warstwą (SWP) i stanowisko przygotowywania palet MIX (PMix), jednocześnie system sterowania (SS) połączony z modułem depaletyzacji (MD), systemem transportu tac transportowo — magazynowych (STTMT), modułem regału magazynowego (RM), modułem paletyzacji (MP). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób automatycznego wybierania dla operacji logistycznych dla potrzeb mieszania produktów na paletach.The subject of the invention is an automatic selection system for logistic operations for mixing products on pallets, comprising a control system, a storage rack module, transport and storage trays with openings for ejectors, a depalletizing module and a palletizing module. In this system, the depalletizing module (MD) of mono product pallets (PP MONO) includes a full layer product picking system (SWP) and a depalletizing empty pallet warehouse (MPPzD). The depalletization module (MD) is connected with the storage rack module (RM) through the storage and transport tray transport system (STTMT), and at the entrance and exit of the storage rack module (RM) there are vertical goods lifts transporting selected products up and down on trays transport and storage (TMT) with holes for ejectors. The warehouse rack module (RM) is connected with the palletizing module (MP) through the storage and transport tray transport system (STTMT), which is the palletizing module (MP) which includes a single product selection system (SPP) with a vision system and a whole layer product selection system (SWP) and the MIX pallet preparation station (PMix), at the same time the control system (SS) connected with the depalletization module (MD), the transport and storage tray transport system (STTMT), the storage rack module (RM), the palletization module (MP). The invention also relates to an automatic selection method for logistic operations for mixing products on pallets.
