Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest system automatycznego wybierania dla operacji logistycznych dla potrzeb mieszania produktów na paletach zawierający system sterowania, moduł regału magazynowego, tace transportowo - magazynowe z otworami na wypychacze oraz moduł depaletyzacji i moduł paletyzacji. W systemie tym moduł depaletyzacji (MD) palet z produktem mono (PP MONO) zawiera system wybierania produktów całą warstwą (SWP) oraz magazyn palet pustych z depaletyzacji (MPPzD). Moduł depaletyzacji (MD) poprzez system transportu tac magazynowo - transportowych (STTMT) połączony jest z modułem regału magazynowego (RM), a na wejściu i wyjściu modułu regału magazynowego (RM) znajdują się pionowe windy towarowe przewożące w górę i w dół wybrane produkty na tacach transportowo-magazynowych (TMT) z otworami na wypychacze. Moduł regału magazynowego (RM) poprzez system transportu tac magazynowo - transportowych (STTMT) połączony jest z modułem paletyzacji (MP), który to moduł paletyzacji (MP) zawiera system wybierania produktu pojedynczego (SPP) wraz z systemem wizyjnym oraz system wybierania produktu całą warstwą (SWP) i stanowisko przygotowywania palet MIX (PMix), jednocześnie system sterowania (SS) połączony z modułem depaletyzacji (MD), systemem transportu tac transportowo — magazynowych (STTMT), modułem regału magazynowego (RM), modułem paletyzacji (MP). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób automatycznego wybierania dla operacji logistycznych dla potrzeb mieszania produktów na paletach.
