Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania warstw polimerowych na powierzchni tytanu lub stopów tytanu na bazie polimeru z lekami charakteryzuje się tym, że tytan lub stop tytanu utlenia się anodowo w kąpieli wodnej zawierającej podfosforyn wapnia o stężeniu 0,001 mol/dm3 - 10 mol/dm3 stosując napięcie zaciskowe w zakresie od 0,1 V do 800 V, anodową gęstością prądu w zakresie 5 - 500 A/dm2, a następnie tak utleniony tytan lub stop tytanu umieszcza się w roztworze polimeru na bazie pochodnej kwasu adypinowego, rozpuszczalnika korzystnie dichlorometanu i leku korzystnie antybiotyku lub leku przeciwzapalnego korzystnie niesteroidowy lub leku immunosupresyjnego lub leku przeciwgrzybicznego lub leku przeciwwirusowego stosowanego w leczeniu tkanek twardych okołowszczepowych, w ilości od 0,0001 g/L do 1000 g/L, a następnie suszy.
