Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania warstw polimerowych na powierzchni tytanu lub stopów tytanu na bazie polimeru z fosforanami charakteryzujący się tym, że tytan lub stop tytanu utlenia się anodowo w kąpieli wodnej zawierającej podfosforyn wapnia o stężeniu 0,001 mol/dm3 - 10 mol/dm3 stosując napięcie zaciskowe w zakresie od 0,1 V do 800 V, anodową gęstością prądu w zakresie 5 - 500 A/dm2 a następnie tak utleniony tytan lub stop tytanu umieszcza się w roztworze polimeru na bazie pochodnej kwasu adypinowego, rozpuszczalnika korzystnie dichlorometanu i nierozpuszczalnych związków fosforanów cynku korzystnie (Zn3(PO4)2) i/lub fosforanów miedzi korzystnie (Cu3(PO4)2)) i/lub fosforanów srebra korzystnie (Ag3PO4), a następnie suszy.
