Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest katalizator nośnikowy cerowo-kobaltowy wysokotemperaturowego, w temperaturze 500 - 1000°C, rozkładu N2O pochodzącego z gazów nitrozowych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera od 0,5 do 2% wagowych fazy aktywnej, którą jest spinel kobaltowo-galowy lub kobaltowo-cynkowy lub kobaltowo-magnezowy osadzonej na nośniku, który stanowi dotowany lantanowcami, korzystnie lantanem lub prazeodymem lub neodymem lub mieszaniną wymienionych pierwiastków tlenek ceru, o wzorze ogólnym Co3-xMxO4/Ce1-yREyO2-z gdzie M = Zn, Ga, Mg lub ich mieszanina; RE = Ln, Pr, Nd lub ich mieszanina, a: x przyjmuje wartości 0,01≤ x ≤2; y przyjmuje wartości 0,001≤ y ≤0,15; z przyjmuje wartości 0,0005≤ z ≤0,075. Wynalazek ujawnia również sposób wytwarzania nośnika katalizatora jak również sposób wytwarzania katalizatora.
