Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania trójskładnikowych związków chemicznych na bazie tlenku żelaza i reaktywnych nośników tlenu oraz materiałów inertnych i nośników węglowych, polegający na wymieszaniu składników wyjściowych, poddaniu mieszaniny wysokotemperaturowemu prażeniu, według wynalazku charakteryzuje się, tym że do składników wyjściowych w postaci Fe2O3 i CuO oraz materiału inertnego, użytych w proporcjach wynikających z ogólnego wzoru chemicznego Σ(XFe2O3 + YCuO + Zmateriał inertny) = 100% wagowych, gdzie X i Y znajdują się w przedziałach 1≤x≤99, 1<y<99, a materiał interny użyty jest w ilości uzupełniającej do 100 % wagowych, dodaje się sproszkowany nośnik węglowy w ilości od 1 do 25% wagowych w stosunku do wyjściowej mieszaniny i całość po wymieszaniu, poddaje się co najmniej jednoetapowemu prażeniu w atmosferze utleniającej lub obojętnej w temperaturze 400 -1100 °C w czasie 3-24 godzin.
