Wynalazek dotyczy też koncentratu napoju, napoju, barwnika, suplementu diety, kompozycji farmaceutycznej zawierających formulację kurkuminy według wynalazku jak również zastosowań formulacji kurkuminy w postaci suchej.The subject of the invention is a dry curcumin formulation containing water-dispersible curcuminoids of turmeric extract, a method of its preparation and a curcumin formulation prepared by this method. The invention also relates to a beverage concentrate, beverage, color, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical composition containing the curcumin formulation according to the invention as well as dry form curcumin formulation uses.
