Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania, metodą osadzania z fazy gazowej, powłok antyalergicznych na powierzchni przedmiotów codziennego użytku, a zwłaszcza na powierzchni biżuterii. Według sposobu, na powierzchni tych przedmiotów, w temperaturze 20-300°C metodą ALD, osadza się powłokę o grubości od 5 nm do 2 μm w postaci co najmniej jednej warstwy tlenkowej takiej jak: ZnO, Al2O3, HfO2, TiO2, ZrO2 lub w postaci warstwy złożonej z dowolnej kombinacji tych warstw tlenkowych. Osadzanie to prowadzi się co najmniej 10 cyklach procesu ALD, stosując prekursory metali cynku, hafnu, cyrkonu, tytanu i glinu oraz prekursor tlenu o dozach z zakresu 0.01 – 20 s.The subject of the invention is a method of producing, by the method of vapor deposition, antiallergic coatings on the surface of everyday objects, especially on the surface of jewelery. According to the method, on the surface of these objects, at a temperature of 20-300 ° C by the ALD method, a coating with a thickness of 5 nm to 2 μm is deposited in the form of at least one oxide layer, such as: ZnO, Al2O3, HfO2, TiO2, ZrO2 or in as a layer composed of any combination of these oxide layers. This deposition is carried out at least 10 cycles of the ALD process, using the metal precursors of zinc, hafnium, zirconium, titanium and aluminum and the oxygen precursor with doses ranging from 0.01 - 20 s.
