Abstract

Aparat (10) oraz sposób usuwania pasa grzebienia mostkowego, który jest centralnie zamocowany do podwójnej piersi drobiowej. Pierś drobiowa ma pierwszą oraz drugą pierś drobiową po przeciwległych stronach pasa grzebienia mostkowego. Podłużny, zorientowany wzdłużnie grzbiet wyznacza ścieżkę wędrówki podwójnej piersi i jest on usytuowany powyżej napędzanego wzdłużnie przenośnika. Ostrze nacinające jest usytuowane powyżej i usytuowane w odstępie na pewną wstępnie zadaną odległość od grzbietu.
