Abstract
Zgodnie z jedną koncepcją wynalazczą moduł sterylizacyjny zawiera korpus główny (110), w którym utworzony jest wylot nadfioletu, człon przezroczysty (140) usytuowany przy wylocie nadfioletu oraz przepuszczający nadfiolet, a także jednostkę źródła światła wysyłającą nadfiolet w kierunku członu przezroczystego. Jednostka źródła światła zawiera układ diody elektroluminescencyjnej oraz płytkę z obwodem drukowanym do zamontowania układu diody elektroluminescencyjnej. Układ diody elektroluminescencyjnej zawiera ponadto podłoże epitaksjalne oraz przewodzącą warstwę półprzewodnikową utworzoną na podłożu epitaksjalnym. Nadfiolet jest wysyłany w kierunku członu przezroczystego poprzez przeprowadzanie przez podłoże epitaksjalne. Moduł sterylizacyjny zawiera ponadto człon uszczelniający tworzący usytuowaną w odstępie przestrzeń pomiędzy członem przezroczystym a płytką z obwodem drukowanym. Odległość pomiędzy członem przezroczystym a płytką obwodem drukowanym, które są rozdzielane przez człon uszczelniający, jest dłuższa niż wysokość układu diody elektroluminescencyjnej.
