Abstract

Fe3O4 w stosunku  do magnetyku molekularnego; zdyspergowane w matrycy polimerowej, otrzymanej z wodnego roztworu silnie hydrofilowego, wodorozpuszczalnego polimeru o stężeniu 0,5 - 5%wag. z grupy naturalnych polisacharydów lub polimerów syntetycznych zawierających grupy hydrofilowe: hydroksylowe, kwasowe, amidowe. The subject of the application is a magnetic-organic membrane material for the dewatering of organic compounds, which is characterized by containing 1 - 20 wt. % of a molecular magnet or 1-20 wt. a mixture of molecular magnetics with iron (II, III) oxide, magnetite, Fe3O4 containing 1-99 wt. Fe3O4 relative to the molecular magnet; dispersed in a polymer matrix obtained from an aqueous solution of a strongly hydrophilic, water-soluble polymer with a concentration of 0.5 - 5% by weight. from the group of natural polysaccharides or synthetic polymers containing hydrophilic groups: hydroxyl, acid, amide. The application also covers a method of obtaining a magnetic-organic membrane material for dehydrating alcohols, which consists in adding 0.125-5 g of water-soluble polymer to 20-100 ml of distilled water so as to obtain 0.5-5% by weight of it. solution, then after dissolving the polymer, the packing 1 in the form of molecular magnetics is added in an amount of 1 - 20 wt.%. based on the dry weight of the polymer or the packing 2, which is a mixture of magnetic substances in an amount of 1 - 20 wt.%. containing from 1 to 99 wt. iron (II, III) oxide of magnetite, Fe3O4 in relation to the molecular magnet, the solution thus obtained is stirred on a magnetic stirrer for 10 - 60 minutes at a speed of 600 - 800 rpm, and then in an ultrasonic bath for 40 - 60 minutes, and then dried at the temperature of 30 - 50 ° C for 24 - 48 hours, then poured over with 30 - 80 ml of the cross-linking agent depending on the polymer matrix used, the cross-linking process is completed, the cross-linking agent is poured over the membrane, which is washed five times with distilled water, The subject of the application is also the use of the magnetic-organic membrane material according to the invention for the separation of azeotropic mixtures in the process of dehydration of organic compounds, for dehydrating alcohol solutions, especially ethanol by pervaporation.
