Podstawa (2) oraz wieko wykonane są, każde w postaci wykroju z jednego arkusza tektury falistej, zagiętego wzdłuż linii dna podstawy (2) oraz wzdłuż linii ścian bocznych (13, 14). Podstawa (2) zawiera dno, zaś wieko zawiera pokrywę. Podstawa (2) i wieko zawierają podwójne ściany boczne dłuższe i podwójne ściany boczne krótsze, gdzie ściany boczne (13, 14) stanowią zagięte pasy tektury falistej. Wykrój podstawy (2) i wykrój wieka jest wykonany z tektury zawierającej fale biegnące w poprzek podstawy (2) oraz wieka. Wewnątrz podstawy (2) znajduje się wkładka wykonana w postaci wykroju z jednego arkusza tektury falistej zagiętego wzdłuż linii obrysu dna tej wkładki i zawierająca podwójne ściany boczne. Ściana boczna wewnętrzna wkładki stanowi pas tektury zagięty prostopadle do powierzchni dna wkładki wzdłuż krawędzi dna tej wkładki. Ściana boczna zewnętrzna stanowi pas tektury zagięty wzdłuż górnej krawędzi ściany bocznej wewnętrznej na zewnątrz, przy czym ten pas tektury stanowi ścianę boczną zewnętrzną. Wkładka ma mniejszą szerokość i długość zewnętrzną niż szerokość i długość wnętrza podstawy (2).
