Abstract

Kartonowy kontener do przewozu i przechowywania cieczy składający się z tekturowej obwoluty kontenera tworzącej boki konstrukcji kontenera, przy czym na jednej ze ścianek w dolnej jej części jest otwór na zawór, zaś kartonowe wieko i kartonowe dno mocuje się trwale do obwoluty kontenera, charakteryzuje się tym, że dwie tafle tekturowe wykonane ze sklejonych ze sobą od 3 do 9 arkuszy wielowarstwowej tektury falistej, połączonych ze sobą w taki sposób, że jedna względem drugiej są wysunięte od siebie naprzemiennie w odległości od 50 mm do 90 mm, tworząc pióro-wpust, a po posmarowaniu go cienką warstwą kleju dwie tafle tekturowe są wsunięte (jedna w drugą), tworząc jedną obwolutę kontenera, która w miejscu połączenia podlega zgięciu podobnie jak na ściankach w miejscu bigowania każdego z połączonych arkuszy, zaś do tak powstałej obwoluty kontenera doklejone jest dwuczęściowe wieko (5) według wykroju i dwuczęściowe dno według wykroju, przy czym pomiędzy dwiema częściami wieka (5) jest pozostawiony podłużny otwór (8), a w dnie i wieku (5) znajdują się co najmniej dwa otwory rewizyjne (7), zaś zakładki boczne (9) dna i wieka (5) są przyklejone do obwoluty kontenera i zachodzą na jej ścianki w zakresie od 100 mm do 300 mm.A cardboard container for the transport and storage of liquids, consisting of a cardboard cover of the container forming the sides of the container structure, with one of the walls in its lower part having a valve opening, while the cardboard lid and cardboard bottom are permanently attached to the container cover. that two cardboard sheets made of 3 to 9 sheets of multilayer corrugated cardboard glued together, connected to each other in such a way that they protrude from each other alternately at a distance of 50 mm to 90 mm, forming a tongue and groove, and spreading it with a thin layer of glue, two cardboard sheets are inserted (one inside the other), forming one container dust jacket, which is bent at the connection point, similarly to the walls at the creasing point of each joined sheet, and a two-piece lid is glued to the thus created container jacket ( 5) according to the pattern and a two-part bottom according to the pattern, with the two parts of the lid (5) an oblong hole (8), and in the bottom and lid (5) there are at least two inspection openings (7), and the side tabs (9) of the bottom and the lid (5) are glued to the container wrapper and overlap its walls in the range from 100 mm to 300 mm.
