Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób pozyskiwania rutyny z ziela gryki który charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się zmielone ziele gryki z ciekłym nośnikiem w ten sposób, że do wody ultra-czystej dodaje się ziele gryki w ilości do 5% suchej masy, po czym mieszaninę maceruje się na zimno przez ustalony czas. Następnie mieszaninę kawituje hydrodynamicznie przez okres od 10 do 60 min, korzystnie 20 min, pod ciśnieniem od 2,5 do 7 bar, korzystnie 5 bar, z użyciem wzbudnika kawitacji w postaci przegrody perforowanej, korzystnie o pojedynczym centrycznym otworze stożkowym.
