Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest folia stretch i urządzenie do produkcji półproduktów do folii stretch. Folia stretch wykonana z polietylenu liniowego niskiej gęstości LLDPE, w skład której wchodzi arkusz folii podstawowej (1), na który naniesione są równolegle ułożone pasy (2) foliowe. Istotne jest to, że pasy są złożone z wielu warstw i posiadają grubość g od 50 do 80 µm. Wskazane jest, aby pasy foliowe wykonane były z materiału zawierającego regranulat LLDPE. Opcjonalnie pasy foliowe wykonane są z materiału zawierającego barwnik. Opcjonalnie na powierzchni między pasami (2) foli znajdują się otwory perforacyjne. Urządzenie do produkcji półproduktów do folii stretch charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z wielu zestawów umieszczonych na liniach prowadzących pasy, przy czym linia każdego pasa (2) foliowego przechodzi nad podstawą (3) z zamocowanymi do niej rolkami (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d). Osie tych rolek (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) są równoległe do siebie i prostopadłe do linii prowadzenia pasa (2) foliowego. Pomiędzy rolkami (4a, 4b, 4c), w podstawie (3) znajdują się pary otworów (5), rozmieszczone symetrycznie po obu stronach linii prowadzenia pasa (2). Odległości (c) pomiędzy kolejnymi parami otworów (5) są różne, zaś w parach otworów (5) umieszczone są kołki (6) zawijające pasy (2).
