Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja pierwotniakobójcza do leczenia i/lub zapobiegania chorób wywoływanych przez pierwotniaki u ludzi zawierająca olejek eukaliptusowy, charakteryzująca się tym, że olejek eukaliptusowy występuje w postaci kompleksu z kwasem organicznym i metalem. Kolejnym przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji pierwotniakobójczej, który obejmuje następujące etapy: a) zmieszanie olejku eukaliptusowego z kwasem organicznym w stosunku wagowym od 80:1 do 1:80; b) dodanie katalizatora do mieszaniny z etapu a); c) dodawanie metalu wybranego z grupy obejmującej miedź, cynk, mangan, ich sole lub tlenki; d) ogrzewanie mieszaniny z katalizatorem uzyskanej w etapie c) do temperatury wrzenia oraz kontynuowanie ogrzewania w temperaturze wrzenia pod chłodnicą zwrotną przez 20-120 minut; e) odstawienie produktu reakcji do wystygnięcia na okres od 10 do 24 godzin; f) filtrowanie ostudzonego produktu reakcji.The subject of the invention is a protozoal composition for the treatment and / or prevention of diseases caused by protozoa in humans, containing eucalyptus oil, characterized in that the eucalyptus oil is in the form of a complex with an organic acid and a metal. Another object of the invention is a process for the preparation of a protozoal composition, which comprises the following steps: a) mixing eucalyptus oil with an organic acid in a weight ratio of 80: 1 to 1:80; b) adding the catalyst to the mixture of step a); c) adding a metal selected from the group consisting of copper, zinc, manganese, their salts or oxides; d) heating the catalyst mixture obtained in step c) to reflux and continuing to reflux for 20-120 minutes; e) allowing the reaction product to cool for a period of 10 to 24 hours; f) filtering the cooled reaction product.
