Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i związki pośrednie do otrzymywania menachinonu MK-7. Sposób otrzymywania menachinonu MK-7 charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje sprzęganie związku o wzorze (11) ze związkiem o wzorze (17) w obecności zasady, aby otrzymać związek o wzorze (18), który poddaje się reakcji desulfonylacji w obecności katalizatora palladowego, aby otrzymać związek o wzorze (19), który poddaje się reakcji utleniania, aby otrzymać menachinon MK-7. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również związek (8), korzystnie w postaci krystalicznej, który jest dogodnym związkiem pośrednim do otrzymywania menachinonu MK-7.
