Abstract

Reaktor do przeprowadzania pirolizy materiałów wybranych z grupy składającej się ze zrębków, drewna podkładowego, odpadów drzewnych, odpadów leśnych, osadów ściekowych, koksu naftowego, komunalnych odpadów stałych (MSW), paliw pochodzących z odpadów (RDF) lub dowolnej kombinacji paliw z biomasy charakteryzuje się tym, że szczelna próżniowo komora reaktora (1) o pionowej budowie podzielona jest funkcjonalnie na cztery kompartymenty w tym: najwyższy kompartyment (C1) gdzie pod pokrywą (4) komory reaktora (1) znajduje się wykonana z mało nasiąkliwych materiałów izolacja termiczna (12), zaś drugi kompartyment (C2) pirolizy wsadu z wykonaną z mało nasiąkliwych materiałów izolacją termiczną (45), gdzie łopatki (26) mieszadła (25) mieszają wsad (13) i gdzie ten wsad jest rozgrzewany do temperatury powyżej 200°C, zaś trzeci kompartyment (C3) zawierający kolumnę grzewczą (29) z grzałką elektryczną (31) lub opcjonalnie z palnikiem gazu pirolitycznego, warstwę izolacji termicznej (45) oraz warstwę o grubości minimum 10 cm rozgrzanego do temperatury 900 - 1000°C karbonizatu (14), w którym zachodzi redukcja i oczyszczanie gazu pirolitycznego, zaś czwarty kompartyment (C4) zawiera pod warstwą karbonizatu (14) kolumnę karbonizatu (20) oraz wykonaną z mało nasiąkliwych materiałów izolację termiczną (23), a także znajdujący się  pod pokrywą dolną (3) zbiornik (21) na karbonizat i wodę chłodzącą (38) wprowadzaną rurką (36) i wyprowadzaną rurką (37) oraz system wyprowadzania karbonizatu (22) i wylot oczyszczonego gazu pirolitycznego (40).A reactor for pyrolysis of materials selected from the group consisting of wood chips, undercoat, wood waste, forest waste, sewage sludge, petroleum coke, municipal solid waste (MSW), waste derived fuels (RDF) or any combination of biomass fuels is characterized by that the vacuum-tight reactor chamber (1) with a vertical structure is functionally divided into four compartments, including: the highest compartment (C1) where under the cover (4) of the reactor chamber (1) there is a thermal insulation made of low-absorbent materials (12) , while the second compartment (C2) of the charge pyrolysis with thermal insulation (45) made of low-absorbent materials, where the blades (26) of the stirrer (25) mix the charge (13) and where this charge is heated to a temperature above 200 ° C, and the third a set (C3) containing a heating column (29) with an electric heater (31) or optionally with a pyrolysis gas burner, a thermal insulation layer (45) and layers ę with a minimum thickness of 10 cm of a char (14) heated to a temperature of 900 - 1000 ° C, in which the reduction and purification of pyrolysis gas takes place, while the fourth compartment (C4) contains a char column (20) under the char layer (14) and made of little absorptive materials, thermal insulation (23), as well as a container (21) for char and cooling water (38) located under the bottom cover (3) for charcoal and cooling water (38) introduced with a tube (36) and an exiting tube (37), as well as the char discharging system (22) and the outlet purified pyrolysis gas (40).
