Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest emulsja kosmetyczna typu olej/woda, według wynalazku, zawierająca oleje roślinne, składniki nawilżające, przy czym zawiera fazę wodną w ilości 52,2 do 90% wagowych, fazę olejową w ilości 9,5 do 46,8% wagowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera od 0,1 do 3% wagowych rozdrobnionych suchych tkanek roślin lawendy wąskolistnej namnażanej w kulturach tkankowych in vitro na pożywce MS wzbogaconej o od 0,5 do 10 mg dm-3 nanocząstek srebra o średnicy od 13 do 30 nm. Fazę olejową stanowi lanolina w ilości od 6 do 15% wagowych, wosk pszczeli w ilości 3 do 10% wagowych, masło shea w ilości od 3 do 10% wagowych i olej jojoba w ilości od 20 do 50% wagowych. Fazę wodną stanowi D —pantenol w ilości od 1 do 5% wagowych, gliceryna w ilości od 1 do 5% wagowych oraz woda w ilości od 20 do 40% wagowych. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób konserwacji emulsji kosmetycznej typu olej/woda, według wynalazku, zawierającej oleje roślinne, składniki nawilżające charakteryzuje się tym, że do emulsji dodaje się od 0,1 do 3% wagowych rozdrobnionych suchych tkanek roślin lawendy wąskolistnej namnażanej w kulturach tkankowych in vitro na pożywce MS wzbogaconej o od 0,5 do 10 mg dm-3 nanocząstek srebra o średnicy od 13 do 30 nm.
