Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymania kompozycji biopolimerowej do impregnacji wyrobów papierniczych o przeznaczeniu higienicznym. Sposób otrzymania kompozycji biopolimerowej przeznaczonej do impregnacji papieru, zawierającej w swoim składzie chitozan i alginian polega na tym, że uprzednio sporządzone roztwory chitozanu w środowisku kwaśnym w stężeniu od 0,1 do 2% masowych oraz alginianu w środowisku neutralnym w stężeniu od 0,1 do 2% mieszane są ze sobą poprzez bezpośrednie dozowanie roztworu alginianu na głowicę dozującą homogenizatora cyrkulującego roztwór chitozanu, przy czym kompozycją tą w ilości od 0,03 g/m2 do 0,35 g/m2 impregnuje się papier metodą natryskową, po czym papier suszy się w temperaturze od 40°C do 80°C.The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining a biopolymer composition for the impregnation of hygienic paper products. The method of obtaining a biopolymer composition intended for the impregnation of paper, containing chitosan and alginate in its composition, consists in the previously prepared solutions of chitosan in an acidic environment at a concentration of 0.1 to 2% by weight and of alginate in a neutral environment at a concentration of 0.1 to 2% are mixed with each other by direct dosing of the alginate solution to the dosing head of the homogenizer circulating chitosan solution, the composition being impregnated in the amount of 0.03 g / m2 to 0.35 g / m2 with the spraying method, and then the paper is dried at a temperature of 40 ° C to 80 ° C.
