Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja chitozanowa z dodatkiem mieszaniny głęboko eutektycznej zawierającej cholinę i kwas organiczny charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera od 40% do 80% wagowych mieszaniny głęboko eutektycznej powstałej ze zmieszania i ogrzewania w temperaturze od 40°C do 90°C chlorku choliny i kwasu malonowego lub mlekowego, w stosunku molowym 1:1. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób otrzymywania biodegradowalnej kompozycji chitozanowej charakteryzującej się tym, że do roztworu chitozanu w roztworze kwasu organicznego o stężeniu 0,1 - 5% w/v dodaje się metodą rozpuszczalnikową od 40 do 80% wagowych ochłodzonej mieszaniny głęboko eutektycznej otrzymanej przez zmieszanie i ogrzewanie w temperaturze od 40°C do 90°C chlorku choliny i kwasu organicznego, korzystnie kwasu malonowego lub mlekowego, aż do osiągnięcia stanu jednorodnej cieczy, następnie całość miesza się w temperaturze pokojowej w ciągu 2 - 10 h po czym wylewa się lub nakłada na płaską powierzchnię i suszy w temperaturze od 25°C do 60°C do odparowania rozpuszczalnika.The subject of the application is a chitosan composition with the addition of a deep eutectic mixture containing choline and an organic acid, characterized in that it contains from 40% to 80% by weight of a deep eutectic mixture resulting from mixing and heating at a temperature of 40 ° C to 90 ° C choline chloride and acid malonic or lactic acid, in a 1: 1 molar ratio.
