Abstract

Największe stężenie palladu występuje w obszarze wewnętrznym (1b) strefy zewnętrznej (1) i wynosi od 3 do 10% at. Strefa zewnętrzna (1) ma wydzielenia zawierające do 4% at. cyrkonu. The subject of the application is an aluminide diffusion layer containing an outer zone (1) and an inner diffusion zone (2) between the outer zone (1) and the base material (3), characterized in that its outer zone (1) contains a solid solution (Ni, Pt, Pd) Al, with the highest concentration of platinum in the near-surface area (1a) of the outer zone (1) and amounts to 3 to 15 at%. The highest concentration of palladium occurs in the inner region (1b) of the outer zone (1) and ranges from 3 to 10 at%. The outer zone (1) has divisions of up to 4 at. zirconium. The application also includes a method of producing an aluminide diffusion layer, characterized in that in the first step, palladium and platinum are electrochemically deposited on the nickel superalloy substrate (3) to obtain a layer with a thickness of 7 to 9 micrometers, then proceed to the second step, in which the substrate (3) is aluminized and zirconized by chemical vapor deposition. Zirconization is carried out simultaneously with the aluminization.
