Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania powłoki funkcyjnej wykonanej na podłożu epoksydowego kompozytu włóknistego, który polega na tym, że na podłoże epoksydowego kompozytu włóknistego (1) w postaci prepregu węglowego nanosi się proszek (3) metali, tlenków metali lub tlenków półmetali, po czym poddaje się je utwardzaniu w autoklawie poprzez umieszczenie ich w worku próżniowym, w którym wytwarza się podciśnienie o wartości od 0,072 MPa do 0,088 MPa i podwyższa się temperaturę w zakresie od 115°C do 125°C oraz wywiera nacisk na worek próżniowy o wartości ciśnienia w zakresie od 0,38 MPa do 0,42 MPa. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również powłoka funkcyjna wykonana na podłożu epoksydowego kompozytu włóknistego składająca się z podłoża epoksydowego kompozytu włóknistego (1) w postaci prepregu węglowego, na którym znajduje się warstwa utwardzonego proszku (3) metali, tlenków metali lub tlenków półmetali.The subject of the invention is a method of producing a functional coating made on an epoxy fiber composite substrate, which consists in applying a metal powder (3), metal oxides or semi-metal oxides to the epoxy fiber composite substrate (1) in the form of a carbon prepreg, and then subjecting it to curing them in an autoclave by placing them in a vacuum bag in which a vacuum of 0.072 MPa to 0.088 MPa is created and the temperature is raised in the range from 115 ° C to 125 ° C and pressure is exerted on the vacuum bag with a pressure value ranging from 0.38 MPa to 0.42 MPa. The subject of the invention is also a functional coating made on an epoxy fiber composite base consisting of an epoxy fiber composite base (1) in the form of a carbon prepreg, on which there is a layer of hardened metal powder (3), metal oxides or semi-metal oxides.
