Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób depigmentacji modelu badawczego ryby zwłaszcza z gatunku danio pręgowanego, polegający na przygotowaniu medium odżywczego dla ryb zawierającego mieszaninę soli w wodzie demineralizowanej z dodatkiem substancji aktywnej, a następnie umieszczeniu w nim modelu badawczego ryby i utrzymywaniu w medium odżywczym do uzyskania pożądanego stopnia odbarwienia, korzystnie całkowitego odbarwienia charakteryzuje się tym, że jako substancję aktywną w medium odżywczym stosuje się izoetarynę w postaci soli kwasu mesylowego, w ilości od 1,7106 g do 5,0313 g na 1L wodnego roztworu medium hodowlanego, odpowiadający stężeniu izoetaryny w zakresie od 5,1 mM do 15 mM. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także izoetaryna do zastosowania w depigmentacji ryby, zwłaszcza z gatunku danio pręgowatego.The subject of the application is a method of depigmenting a fish research model, especially of the zebrafish species, consisting in preparing a nutrient medium for fish containing a mixture of salt in demineralized water with the addition of an active substance, and then placing the fish research model in it and maintaining it in a nutrient medium until the desired degree of discoloration is obtained. , preferably complete discoloration is characterized in that isoetarin in the form of mesylic acid salt is used as the active substance in the nutrient medium in an amount of 1.7106 g to 5.0313 g per 1L of the aqueous solution of the culture medium, corresponding to an isoetarin concentration in the range of 5 , 1 mM to 15 mM. The subject of the application is also isoetharin for use in the depigmentation of fish, especially of the zebrafish species.
