Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania herbicydowo imidazoliowej cieczy jonowej z anionem 4-chlorofenoksyoctanowym o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza grupę alkilową prostołańcuchową zawierającą od 1 do 14 atomów węgla lub grupę alkoksymetylową zawierającą od 1 do 14 atomów węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym lub grupę alkilotiometylową zawierającą od 4 do 14 atomów węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym. W sposobie przepuszcza się przez kolumnę anionowymienną, wymieniającą halogenki na aniony OH<sup>-</sup>, wodny roztwór zawierający czwartorzędowy halogenek imidazoliowy i przeprowadza bezpośrednią reakcję z kwasem 4-chlorofenoksyoctowym w stosunku molowym 1: (od 1 do 2,5), w temperaturze od 0 do 100°C, korzystnie w 25°C, a po reakcji nadmiar kwasu 4-chlorofenoksyoctowego odsącza się, wodę odparowuje się pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem, a następnie produkt suszy w temperaturze od 25 - 75°C, korzystnie w 60°C.The subject of the invention is a method for obtaining a herbicidal imidazolium ionic liquid with the 4-chlorophenoxyacetate anion of the general formula 1, in which R is a straight-chain alkyl group containing from 1 to 14 carbon atoms or an alkoxymethyl group containing from 1 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain or an alkylthiomethyl group containing from 4 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain. In the method, an aqueous solution containing quaternary imidazolium halide is passed through an anion exchange column exchanging halides for OH<sup>-</sup> anions and directly reacts with 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in a molar ratio of 1: (from 1 to 2.5) , at a temperature of 0 to 100°C, preferably at 25°C, and after the reaction, the excess of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid is filtered off, the water is evaporated under reduced pressure, and then the product is dried at a temperature of 25 - 75°C, preferably at 60 °C.
