Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania amoniowych cieczy jonowych z kationem pochodnym betainy i anionem nonanianowym oraz ich zastosowanie jako herbicydy. Sposób otrzymywania cieczy jonowych z kationem pochodnym betainy oraz anionem nonanianowym o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R1 oznacza podstawnik prostołańcuchowy o długości łańcucha węglowego od jednego do osiemnastu atomów węgla, lub podstawnik cocoamidopropylowy, lub alkiloamidopropylowy, R2 oznacza podstawnik prostołańcuchowy o długości łańcucha węglowego od jednego do osiemnastu atomów węgla, natomiast Y oznacza łącznik metylenowy [-CH2-] lub 2-hydroksypropylenowy [-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-], polega na tym, że halogenek pochodnej betainy o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R1 oznacza podstawnik prostołańcuchowy o długości łańcucha węglowego od jednego do osiemnastu atomów węgla, lub podstawnik cocoamidopropylowy lub alkiloamidopropylowy, R2 oznacza podstawnik prostołańcuchowy o długości łańcucha węglowego od jednego do osiemnastu atomów węgla, natomiast Y oznacza łącznik metylenowy [-CH2-] lub 2-hydroksypropylenowy [-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-], poddaje się reakcji wymiany anionu z solą sodową lub potasową, lub litową, lub amonową kwasu nonanowego w stosunku molowym halogenku do soli kwasu od 1:0,9 do 1:1,1, korzystnie 1:1, w temperaturze do 100°C, korzystnie 20°C, w rozpuszczalniku organicznym z grupy: metanol, etanol, propanol, izopropanol, butanol, lub ich mieszaninie, po czym z rozpuszczalnika organicznego odsącza się powstały nieorganiczny produkt uboczny, z przesączu odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, a produkt reakcji osusza się. The method of obtaining ionic liquids with a betaine derivative cation and a nonanoate anion of general formula 1, wherein R1 is a straight chain substituent with a carbon chain length of one to eighteen carbon atoms, or a cocoamidopropyl or alkylamidopropyl substituent, R2 is a straight chain substituent with a carbon chain length of one up to eighteen carbon atoms, while Y is a methylene [-CH2-] or 2-hydroxypropylene [-CH2-CH (OH) -CH2-] linker, consists in the fact that the betaine halide derivative of general formula 2, wherein R1 is a substituent straight chain with a carbon chain length of one to eighteen carbon atoms, or a cocoamidopropyl or alkylamidopropyl substituent, R2 is a straight chain substituent with a carbon chain length of one to eighteen carbon atoms, while Y is the methylene linker [-CH2-] or 2-hydroxypropylene [-CH2 -CH (OH) -CH2-] is reacted exchange of anion with sodium, potassium, or lithium or ammonium salt of nonanoic acid in a molar ratio of halide to acid salt from 1: 0.9 to 1: 1.1, preferably 1: 1, at temperatures up to 100 ° C, preferably 20 ° C, in an organic solvent from the group: methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, or a mixture thereof, the resulting inorganic by-product is filtered off from the organic solvent, the solvent is evaporated from the filtrate and the reaction product is dried. The application also includes the use of ionic liquids with a betaine derivative cation and a nonanoate anion as herbicides.
