Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są startery oligonukleotydowe do wykrywania patogenów należących do gatunku Phytophthora cactorum o sekwencjach nr l, 2, 3, 4, 5 i 6, przedstawionych na liście sekwencji. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wykrywania fitopatogenicznego organizmu z gatunku Phytophthora cactorum z zastosowaniem reakcji amplifikacji określonego fragmentu DNA, gdzie amplifikacja objawia się pojawieniem się krzywej amplifikacji, potwierdzając detekcję powstałego produktu, charakteryzujący się tym, że wykorzystuje się izotermiczną metodę amplifikacji LAMP, a zestaw starterów stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe o sekwencjach nr 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 i 6, przedstawionych na liście sekwencji.
