Abstract
Mechanizm otwierający pokrywę deski sedesowej za pomocą jej ręcznego docisku, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch identycznych podzespołów (1, 1’) połączonych ze sobą rozłącznie w jednej poziomej osi za pomocą tulejowego łącznika (2) z przelotowym współosiowym otworem o profilu soczewki dwuwklęsłej, do którego obu czół przylegają czoła profilowych walcowych łączników (6) z walcowymi odsadzeniami, na których osadzone są walcowe sprężyny napędowe, których jedne profilowe końce połączone są z łukowymi odsadzeniami profilowych walcowych łączników (6), za pomocą śrub z nakrętkami wkręconymi w otwory tych łukowych odsadzeń, zaś zagięte kątowo drugie końce tych sprężyn osadzone są w otworach obu czół zewnętrznych profilowych łączników, a poniżej tych otworów w zewnętrznych czołach profilowych łączników wykonane są drugie otwory z osadzonymi w nich jednymi końcami walcowych trzpieniami wyposażonymi w zaczepy o profilu wycinków pierścieni oraz w sprężyny dociskowe, których odsadzone kątowo końce osadzone są w otworach obu zaczepów, ponadto na walcowych odsadzeniach osadzone są elementy tulejowe (34) połączone z łukowymi odsadzeniami za pomocą śrub wkręconych w otwory wykonane w tych odsadzeniach, przy czym elementy tulejowe (34) posiadają dolne odsadzenia o profilu wycinków pierścieni, które dociskane są czołami zewnętrznych profilowych łączników (38) do końców sprężyn napędowych, przy czym oba końce walcowych odsadzeń profilowych łączników (6) umieszczone są wraz z osadzonymi na nich łożyskami kulkowymi (42) w osiowych otworach i w wyjęciach (43) zewnętrznych profilowych łączników (38).The mechanism that opens the lid of the toilet seat by means of its manual pressure is characterized by the fact that it consists of two identical components (1, 1 ') connected to each other in one horizontal axis by means of a sleeve connector (2) with a through-hole coaxial with a lens profile two-concave, to which the faces of the profile cylindrical connectors (6) with cylindrical shoulders adjoin, on which cylindrical drive springs are mounted, one of the profile ends of which are connected with the arcuate shoulders of the cylindrical profile connectors (6), by means of bolts with nuts screwed into the holes of these arcuate offsets, while the angularly bent second ends of these springs are embedded in the openings of both outer faces of the profile connectors, and below these openings, in the outer faces of the profile connectors, second openings are made with one end of the cylindrical pins embedded in them, equipped with hooks with the profile of ring sections, and with compression springs with offset k the ends are embedded in the holes of both catches, moreover, the sleeve elements (34) are mounted on the cylindrical shoulders, connected to the arched shoulders by means of screws screwed into the holes made in these shoulders, while the sleeve elements (34) have lower shoulders with the profile of the ring sections, which are pressed with the faces of the outer profile connectors (38) to the ends of the drive springs, while both ends of the cylindrical shoulders of the profile connectors (6) are placed on them with ball bearings (42) in the axial holes and in the outlets (43) of the outer profile connectors ( 38).
