Uszczelnienie odśrodkowe z cieczą ferromagnetyczną charakteryzuje się tym, że wielokrawędziowy nabiegunnik (4) ma kształt tulei kołnierzowej i osadzony jest na wale (1), zaś w wytoczeniach (2a, 3a) obudowy (2) i pokrywy umocowane są pierścienie nośne (5), pomiędzy którymi umieszczony jest luźno kołnierz (4a) wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4). Na powierzchniach bocznych kołnierza (4a) wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4) oraz na powierzchniach bocznych pierścieni nośnych (5) wykonane są pierścieniowe wnęki (4w, 5w) usytuowane naprzeciwko siebie, w których znajdują się magnesy trwałe (6, 7) spolaryzowane promieniowo. Na bocznych powierzchniach kołnierza (4a) wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4) wykonane są występy uszczelniające położone powyżej i poniżej pierścieniowych wnęk (4w) z umieszczonymi w nich magnesami trwałymi (6), a ciecz ferromagnetyczna (8) znajduje się w szczelinach osiowych, utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi na powierzchniach bocznych kołnierza (4a) wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4), a odpowiednimi powierzchniami bocznymi pierścieni nośnych (5) lub w szczelinie obwodowej utworzonej pomiędzy powierzchnią walcową kołnierza (4a) wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4), a wewnętrznymi powierzchniami cylindrycznymi wytoczeń (2a, 3a) w obudowie (2) i pokrywie.The centrifugal seal with a ferromagnetic liquid is characterized by the fact that the multi-edge pole piece (4) has the shape of a flange sleeve and is mounted on the shaft (1), and in the recesses (2a, 3a) of the housing (2) and the cover there are support rings (5), between which the collar (4a) of the multi-edge pole piece (4) is loosely placed. On the side surfaces of the flange (4a) of the multi-edge pole piece (4), sealing protrusions are made above and below the annular recesses (4w) with permanent magnets (6) placed in them, and the ferromagnetic liquid (8) is located in the axial gaps formed between the protrusions sealing on the side surfaces of the flange (4a) of the multi-edge pole piece (4) and the corresponding side surfaces of the support rings (5) or in the circumferential gap formed between the cylindrical surface of the flange (4a) of the multi-edge pole piece (4) and the internal cylindrical surfaces of the recesses (2a, 3a) ) in the housing (2) and the cover.
