Wielostopniowe uszczelnienie dławnicowe z cieczą magnetyczną, złożone jest z szeregu podzespołów umieszczonych w obudowie wewnątrz komory dławnicowej, przy czym w pojedynczym podzespole pierścień stopniowany (3) umocowany jest w obudowie (2), a tulejka kołnierzowa (4) z kołnierzem (4a) skierowanym w stronę obudowy (2) osadzona jest na wale (1) i na walcowej powierzchni kołnierza (4a) tulejki kołnierzowej (4) wykonane są występy uszczelniające, a na zewnętrznej walcowej powierzchni tulejki kołnierzowej (4) osadzone są wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (5, 6) oraz magnesy trwałe (7, 8), zaś ciecz magnetyczna (9) znajduje się w szczelinach pierścieniowych (δ) utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi kołnierza (4a) tulejki kołnierzowej (4) występami uszczelniającymi wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (5, 6), a odpowiednimi wewnętrznymi powierzchniami cylindrycznymi wytoczeń (3a, 3b, 3c) pierścienia stopniowanego (3).A multi-stage gland packing with a magnetic liquid consists of a number of components placed in a housing inside the stuffing box, where in a single subassembly the stepped ring (3) is mounted in the housing (2), and the flanged bushing (4) with the flange (4a) facing towards the side of the housing (2) is mounted on the shaft (1) and on the cylindrical surface of the collar (4a) of the collar sleeve (4) there are sealing lips, and on the external cylindrical surface of the collar sleeve (4) multi-edge pole pieces (5, 6) and permanent magnets (7, 8), and the magnetic fluid (9) is located in the annular gaps (δ) formed between the sealing lips of the collar (4a) of the collar sleeve (4), sealing lips of multi-edge pole pieces (5, 6) and the corresponding inner cylindrical surfaces the grooves (3a, 3b, 3c) of the stepped ring (3).
