Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania nanocząstek oleju kokosowego, w którym olej kokosowy podgrzewa się do temperatury 50°C w celu jego upłynnienia. Następnie wprowadza się do niego wodny roztwór ekstraktu z owoców Sapindus mukorossi o stężeniu co najmniej 0,05% i temperaturze 50°C w ilości takiej, aby zawartość oleju w mieszaninie nie przekraczała 2% sumarycznej objętości mieszaniny, cały czas prowadząc mieszanie za pomocą mieszadła wysokoobrotowego i utrzymując temperaturę 50°C. Otrzymaną emulsję poddaje się homogenizacji w sonikatorze ultradźwiękowym, a po jej zakończeniu emulsję umieszcza się w temperaturze 4°C i po zestaleniu się oleju uzyskuje się nanocząstki.
