Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania nanometrycznych cząstek kwasu stearynowego, w którym kwas stearynowy podgrzewa się do temperatury 80°C w celu jego upłynnienia. Następnie wprowadza się do niego wodny roztwór ekstraktu z owoców Sapindus mukorossi, o stężeniu co najmniej 0,03% i temperaturze 80°C, w ilości takiej, aby zawartość kwasu stearynowego w mieszaninie nie przekraczała 2% sumarycznej objętości mieszaniny, cały czas prowadząc mieszanie za pomocą mieszadła wysokoobrotowego i utrzymując temperaturę 80°C. Otrzymaną emulsję poddaje się homogenizacji w sonikatorze ultradźwiękowym, a po jej zakończeniu emulsję umieszcza się w temperaturze 4°C i po zestaleniu się kwasu stearynowego uzyskuje się nanometryczne cząstki stałe.
