Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest katalizator do katalitycznej konwersji dwutlenku węgla do metanu, charakteryzujący się tym, że stanowi niklowy nośnik katalityczny z naniesioną na nim fazą aktywną w postaci nanocząstek metali przejściowych Pd oraz Re, o rozmiarach nanocząstek od 1 do 100 nm, przy czym zawartość nanocząstek fazy aktywnej na powierzchni nośnika katalitycznego wynosi od 0,01% wag. do 6% wag., a stosunek molowy nanocząstek Pd do Re wynosi od 20:1 do 1:20. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób katalitycznej konwersji dwutlenku węgla do metanu polegający na tym, że strumień gazu w postaci dwutlenku węgla wraz z wodorem, przepuszcza się z natężeniem przepływu w zakresie od 0,5 do 12 dm<sup>3</sup>/h, przez umieszczone w reaktorze złoże katalizatora stanowiącego niklowy nośnik katalityczny z naniesioną na nim fazą aktywną w postaci nanocząstek metali przejściowych Pd oraz Re, o rozmiarach nanocząstek od 1 do 100 nm, przy czym zawartość nanocząstek fazy aktywnej na powierzchni nośnika katalitycznego wynosi od 0,0l% wag. do 6% wag., a stosunek molowy nanocząstek Pd do Re wynosi od 20:1 do 1:20, a proces prowadzi się w temperaturze od 195°C do 550°C.The subject of the invention is a catalyst for the catalytic conversion of carbon dioxide to methane, characterized in that it is a nickel catalytic support with an active phase deposited on it in the form of Pd and Re transition metal nanoparticles, with nanoparticle sizes from 1 to 100 nm, and the content of phase nanoparticles % active on the surface of the catalytic carrier is from 0.01 wt. to 6 wt.%, and the molar ratio of Pd to Re nanoparticles is from 20:1 to 1:20. The subject of the invention is also a method of catalytic conversion of carbon dioxide to methane, in which a gas stream in the form of carbon dioxide together with hydrogen is passed at a flow rate in the range of 0.5 to 12 dm<sup>3</sup>/h , by a catalyst bed placed in the reactor, which is a nickel catalytic carrier with an active phase deposited on it in the form of transition metal nanoparticles Pd and Re, with nanoparticle sizes from 1 to 100 nm, with the content of nanoparticles of the active phase on the surface of the catalytic carrier ranging from 0.0 l wt.% to 6 wt.%, and the molar ratio of Pd to Re nanoparticles is from 20:1 to 1:20, and the process is carried out at a temperature of from 195°C to 550°C.
