Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest materiał filtracyjny drobnoziarnisty, który wykonany jest z margla. Zawiera on co najmniej 25% wag. węglanu wapnia CaCO<sub>3</sub>, co najmniej 20% wag. krzemianu wapnia CaSiO<sub>3</sub>, co najmniej 20% wag. ortokrzemianu wapnia CaSiO<sub>4</sub> oraz co najmniej 20% wag. tlenku wapnia CaO, a ponadto jego gęstość właściwa jest z zakresu od 2,6 do 3,0 g/cm<sup>3</sup>. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób otrzymywania materiału filtracyjnego, który prowadzi się w pięciu etapach z wykorzystaniem margla w postaci skały macierzystej. W pierwszym etapie margiel kruszy się mechanicznie. Kolejno w drugim etapie skruszony margiel przesiewa się do uzyskania ziaren o wielkości od 1 do 6 mm, a następnie w trzecim etapie przesiany margiel przemywa się. W czwartym etapie przemyty margiel suszy się, zaś w piątym etapie wysuszony margiel wypraża się w temperaturze od 500 do 1000°C.The subject of the application is a fine-grained filter material, which is made of marl. It contains at least 25 wt. calcium carbonate CaCO<sub>3</sub>, at least 20 wt. calcium silicate CaSiO<sub>3</sub>, at least 20 wt. % calcium orthosilicate CaSiO<sub>4</sub> and at least 20 wt. calcium oxide CaO, and moreover, its specific density ranges from 2.6 to 3.0 g/cm<sup>3</sup>. The subject of the application is also the method of obtaining the filtration material, which is carried out in five stages using marl in the form of matrix. In the first stage, the marl is crushed mechanically. Subsequently, in the second stage, the crushed marl is sieved to obtain grains of 1 to 6 mm, and then, in the third stage, the sieved marl is washed. In the fourth stage, the washed marl is dried, and in the fifth stage, the dried marl is calcined at a temperature of 500 to 1000°C.
