Abstract
Istotą sposobu jest to, że przy pomocy programu komputerowego dzieli się obraz źródłowy w formie bitmapy, na klastry o powierzchni kwadratów o wymiarach 25 mm x 25 mm, następnie definiuje jego kolor wypadkowy, następnie buduje się cyfrowy model tego kwadratu zależnie od potrzeby z pięciu lub czterech lub trzech lub dwóch lub jednego koloru za pomocą 25-ciu punktów tworzących klaster, następnie przy użyciu drukarki 3D wyposażonej w napęd CNC sterowany programem komputerowym, który zarządza ruchem napędu w osiach X, Y, Z wystrzeliwuje się z głowicy drukującej drukarki 3D, wyposażonej w pięć modułów drukujących, który każdy ma po pięć dysz drukujących jednym kolorem płynnej masy/zaprawy tynkarskiej, pojedyncze krople o średnicy 3 – 4 mm na fragment podłoża lub podobrazia, o polu kwadratu o wymiarach 5 mm x 5 mm. The head is characterized in that it has five printing modules (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) connected by a body, equipped with five printing nozzles (20), each of the printing modules (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ) is intended for printing with one of the five colors of the mass or mortar, i.e. red, yellow, blue, white or black, and is connected to each printing module (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) by means of supply hoses (7 ), one of the five tanks (8, 9, 10, 11, 12) of the mass or plaster mortar, respectively, for each of the printing modules (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) a piston with with a spire dosing the right amount of shot mass/mortar.
