Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest farba pęczniejąca do ochrony przed działaniem pożaru, zawierająca żywicę epoksydową w ilości 15 — 40% masowych, grafit ekspandowany w ilości 1 — 15% masowych oraz polifosforan amonu, pentaerytrytol, melaminę oraz wypełniacz. Farba ta charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera masowo: 20 — 40% polifosforanu amonu, 5 — 15% pentaerytryolu, 10 — 20% melaminy oraz 1 — 10% haloizytu jako wypełniacz. Korzystnie stosuje się haloizyt modyfikowany za pomocą roztworu fosforanu trifenylu w acetonie lub kwasu siarkowego lub fosforanu amonu i kwasu siarkowego.The subject of the application is an intumescent paint for protection against fire, containing epoxy resin in the amount of 15 - 40% by mass, expanded graphite in the amount of 1 - 15% by mass and ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol, melamine and filler. This paint is characterized by the mass content of: 20 - 40% of ammonium polyphosphate, 5 - 15% of pentaerythritol, 10 - 20% of melamine and 1 - 10% of halloysite as a filler. Halloysite modified with a solution of triphenyl phosphate in acetone or sulfuric acid or ammonium phosphate and sulfuric acid is preferably used.
