Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zestaw elementów do osteotomii, z możliwością łączenia się między sobą, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera co najmniej dwie bazowe płytki (1) wyposażone w przelotowy otwór wykonany przy końcu (3) bazowej płytki (1) mającym kształt zbliżony do półokręgu skierowanego na zewnątrz bazowej płytki (1), co najmniej dwa mimośrody (7) oraz co najmniej jedną krótką płytkę (6) bez przelotowych otworów albo co najmniej jedną długą płytkę wyposażoną w zwężenie w środkowej części oraz co najmniej dwa przelotowe otwory przy czym dwa przelotowe otwory wykonane są po obydwu stronach zwężenia długiej płytki, gdzie drugi koniec bazowej płytki (1), przeciwlegle końce krótkiej płytki (6) albo długiej płytki mają kształt zbliżony do półokręgu skierowanego do wewnątrz tej płytki (1, 6) i zakończone są wypustkami (5), których górna powierzchnia ma kształt zbliżony półokręgu, skierowanymi do wewnątrz tej płytki (1, 6), wystającymi ponad czołową powierzchnię płytki (1, 6), a mimośród (7) wyposażony jest w centralny przelotowy otwór (8), osiowe rowki (9) wykonane w czołowej powierzchni mimośrodu (7) po obu stronach centralnego przelotowego otworu oraz przelotowe wybrania (10) wykonane wzdłuż obwodu mimośrodu (7) po obydwu stronach rowków (9) o kształcie zbliżonym do półokręgu odpowiadającym kształtowi górnej powierzchni wypustek (5) bazowej płytki (1), krótkiej płytki (6) i długiej płytki, gdzie długość wybrań (10) jest większa niż długość górnej powierzchni wypustek (5) bazowej płytki (1), krótkiej płytki (6) i długiej płytki osadzanych w wybraniach (10), a wysokość mimośrodu (7) odpowiada wysokości wypustek (5) tych płytek (1, 6, 1).The subject of the invention is a set of elements for osteotomy, with the possibility of connecting with each other, characterized in that it comprises at least two base plates (1) equipped with a through hole made at the end (3) of the base plate (1) having a shape similar to a semi-circle directed outside the base plate (1), at least two eccentrics (7) and at least one short plate (6) without through holes or at least one long plate provided with a narrowing in the middle part and at least two through holes, two through holes are made on both sides of the narrowing of the long plate, where the other end of the base plate (1), the opposite ends of the short plate (6) or the long plate have a shape similar to a semi-circle directed inwards of this plate (1, 6) and end with protrusions (5) whose upper surface has a shape similar to a semicircle, directed inward of this plate (1, 6), protruding above the front surface of the plate (1, 6), and eccentric d (7) is equipped with a central through hole (8), axial grooves (9) made in the front surface of the eccentric (7) on both sides of the central through hole and through recesses (10) made along the circumference of the eccentric (7) on both sides of the grooves (9) with a shape similar to a semicircle corresponding to the shape of the upper surface of the protrusions (5) of the base plate (1), short plate (6) and long plate, where the length of the recesses (10) is greater than the length of the upper surface of the protrusions (5) of the base plate ( 1), a short plate (6) and a long plate embedded in the recesses (10), and the height of the eccentric (7) corresponds to the height of the protrusions (5) of these plates (1, 6, 1).
