Abstract
The subject of the invention is a method of producing a multi-ingredient fertilizer containing amino acids as well as micro- and macro-nutrients from leather shavings from the tanning industry. The method is based on the fact that shredded chromium-plated or non-chromium-plated shavings are subjected to the process of acidic and possibly alkaline hydrolysis, at a temperature of 20 to 150 C, in the presence of ions of microelements from the group Cu, Mn Zn, derived from sulphate salts, in a concentration of 0.01 up to 5% each, in the ratio of tanning shavings to hydrolyzing agent from 0.5:1 to 100:1. The hydrolyzate is neutralized to a pH of 2.0 to 6.0. The shavings are hydrolyzed in a mixture of acids: phosphoric (V) at a concentration of 10 to 40%, fumaric at a concentration of 0.5 to 10%, oxalic at a concentration of 0.5 to 10% and citric acid from 0.5 to 10% 10%. Alternatively, the shavings are hydrolyzed in a mixture of acids: sulfuric (VI) at a concentration of 10 to 40% and phosphoric (V) at a concentration of 10 to 40%, at a temperature of 20 to 150°C. The neutralized material from the acid hydrolysis is filtered in a slurry filter to obtain a liquid fertilizer and a solid fertilizer. Preferably, the separated sludge is granulated with ash from biomass combustion in a sludge to ash ratio of 0.2:1 to 1:1. , with a concentration of 5 to 80% m/m, at a temperature of 20 to 100°C, maintaining the ratio of shavings to alkali in the range of 0.5: 1 to 100: 1. The acidic and alkaline hydrolysates produced are mixed together until obtaining pH from 5.0 to 6.0 in the proportion of 0.5 : 1.5 to 2 : 0.5 of acidic and alkaline hydrolyzate, respectively.

A method is known for neutralizing phosphoric acid in superphosphate by introducing lime, chalk, dolomite, obfluoride phosphates, bone or phosphorite flour, etc., and the subsequent granulation of the phosphoric flour, etc., and the subsequent granulation of the concentrate. raw materials and increase the strength of the granules as a calcium-containing additive use shale ash with general alkalinity (in terms of CaO), 50–60%. In the subsequent granulation of superphosphate, the strength of the granules Asta on average 50% by sravpeniyu, e.g., with lime mukoy.Sravnitelnye data iovysheniyu mechanical strength graiul reflected in tablitse.P p and m e p. 1 g of simple superphosphate containing 7.0% of free PsOs is mixed with 43–44 kg of ash with total alkalinity (calculated as Pa CaO), a slave 50.0%, in a mixer for a few minutes and sent to granulation.
