Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for the production of biodegradable filtering materials based on bionanocellulose, according to the invention, consisting in the preparation of an inoculum by inoculation on a Hestrin-Schramm liquid medium containing glucose, yeast extract, bacterial peptone, citric acid, Na2HPO< sub>4, MgSO4 • H2O and ethyl alcohol, acetic fermentation bacteria of the genus Komagataeibacter, preferably a strain of Komagataeibacter xylinus bacteria, then mixing for 15 minutes and incubation for 7 days at 25 - 30°C, re-mixing for 5 minutes, and transferring the inoculum thus obtained in the amount of 5 - 20% by volume to the production medium and conducting stationary culture for 4 - 20 days at 25 - 30°C , then purification with a 0.1 M NaOH solution at 80°C for 30 min and rinsing with distilled water until the pH stabilizes at the level of 6.5 - 7.5, characterized in that the cellulose obtained in this way is homogenized, diluted with water in in a weight ratio of 1:1 or 2:1 or 1:2, then frozen and subjected to a lyophilization process.
