Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest połączenie hybrydowe z wykorzystaniem łączników mechanicznych i sposób jego wykonania. Połączenie hybrydowe z wykorzystaniem łączników mechanicznych i kleju epoksydowego składa się z pierwszego elementu (1) z tworzywa polimerowego oraz drugiego elementu (2) metalowego albo kompozytowego z wykorzystaniem dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej z otworem (3.1) i wybraniem (3.2), w którym znajduje się klej epoksydowy (4). Jego istotą jest to, że pierwszy element (1) posiada na swojej roboczej powierzchni okrągłe wypust (1.1). Na roboczej powierzchni pierwszego elementu (1) naklejona jest pierwsza powierzchnia klejowa dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej o grubości w zakresie od 0,09 mm do 1,6 mm, w której znajduje się otwór (3.1) o wymiarach odpowiadających okrągłemu wypustowi (1.1). Także w dwustronnej taśmie adhezyjnej znajduje się wybranie (3.2), w które wtryśnięty jest klej epoksydowy (4). W drugim elemencie (2) znajdują się przelotowy otwór (2.1), którego położenie i wymiary odpowiadają położeniu i wymiarom okrągłego wypustu (1.1) znajdującego się na pierwszym elemencie (1), w którym znajduje się ten wypust (1.1) oraz na wysokości wybrania (3.1) znajduje się otwór wtryskowy (2.2), tudzież w bocznej powierzchni taśmy adhezyjnej (3) znajduje się otwór wylotowy (3.3) lub w drugim elemencie (2) na wysokości wybrania (3.1) znajduje się otwór wylotowy. Istotą sposobu wykonania połączenia z wykorzystaniem łączników mechanicznych i kleju epoksydowego składającego się z pierwszego elementu (1) oraz drugiego elementu (2) z otworem wtryskowym (2.2) z wykorzystaniem dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej z przelotowym otworem (3.1) oraz z wybraniem (3.2), w którym znajduje się wtryśnięty klej epoksydowy (4) jest to, że na powierzchnie roboczą pierwszego elementu (1) na której znajdują się wypusty (1.1) nakleja się pierwszą powierzchnię klejową dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej, w której znajduje się otwór (3.1) i wybranie (3.2) w ten sposób aby w przelotowym otworze (3.1) znajdował się wypust (1.1). W dalszym etapie na drugą powierzchnię klejową dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej nakleja się powierzchnię roboczą drugiego elementu (2) w ten sposób aby wypust (1.1) znajdował się w przelotowym otworze (2.1) znajdującym się w drugim elemencie (2). Dalej poprzez otwór wtryskowy (2.2) wtryskuje się klej adhezyjny z ciśnieniem pozwalającym na wypełnienie wybrania (3.2).The subject of the application is a hybrid connection using mechanical fasteners and the method of its implementation. A hybrid connection using mechanical fasteners and epoxy glue consists of a first element (1) made of polymer material and a second element (2) made of metal or composite material using double-sided adhesive tape with a hole (3.1) and a recess (3.2) in which the adhesive is located epoxy (4). Its essence is that the first element (1) has a round protrusion (1.1) on its working surface. On the working surface of the first element (1), the first adhesive surface of the double-sided adhesive tape with a thickness ranging from 0.09 mm to 1.6 mm is glued, in which there is an opening (3.1) with dimensions corresponding to the round projection (1.1). Also in the double-sided adhesive tape there is a recess (3.2) into which the epoxy adhesive (4) is injected. In the second element (2) there is a through hole (2.1), the location and dimensions of which correspond to the position and dimensions of the round tab (1.1) located on the first element (1), in which the tab (1.1) is located and at the height of the recess ( 3.1) there is an injection hole (2.2), and in the side surface of the adhesive tape (3) there is an outlet hole (3.3) or in the second element (2) at the height of the recess (3.1) there is an outlet hole. The essence of the connection method using mechanical fasteners and epoxy glue consisting of the first element (1) and the second element (2) with an injection hole (2.2) using a double-sided adhesive tape with a through hole (3.1) and a recess (3.2), in the injected epoxy glue (4) is that the working surface of the first element (1) on which the protrusions (1.1) are located is glued to the first adhesive surface of the double-sided adhesive tape, in which there is an opening (3.1) and a recess (3.2 ) in such a way that the projection (1.1) is located in the through hole (3.1). In the next step, the working surface of the second element (2) is glued to the second adhesive surface of the double-sided adhesive tape in such a way that the projection (1.1) is located in the through hole (2.1) located in the second element (2). Then, through the injection opening (2.2), the adhesive is injected with pressure sufficient to fill the cavity (3.2).
