Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania wielowarstwowej powlekanej powierzchni matowej o zwiększonym efekcie haptycznym i o podłożu z dekoracjami w postaci motywów drewnianych, kamiennych albo fantazyjnych, charakteryzujący się tym, że warstwę lakieru EB (4) nawierzchniową poddaje się działaniu lampy ekscymerowej oraz promieniowaniu wiązki elektronów natomiast kolejno nanosi się warstwę lakieru EB (5) strukturalną poddawaną naświetlaniu lampy LED emitującej promieniowanie UV o długości fali 395 nm albo lampy PAC o długości fali 254 nm oraz działaniu lampy ekscymerowej. Całość utwardza się wiązką elektronów o dawce minimum 40 kGy. Zgłoszenie dotyczy również powierzchni otrzymanej tym sposobem. Powierzchnia, znajduje zastosowanie jako zewnętrzna warstwa płyt meblarskich.
