Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób odsalania brzeczki fermentacyjnej erytrytolu, w którym w pierwszej kolejności brzeczkę fermentacyjną erytrytolu poddaje się neutralizacji do pH w zakresie 7-8 i odfiltrowaniu powstającego zmętnienia. Następnie prowadzi się proces separacji soli nieorganicznych oraz organicznych, w tym głównie chlorku sodu, metodą elektrodejonizacji przy zastosowanie złoża jonitowego mieszanego w przestrzeniach między membranami o grubości warstwy 3-30 mm, najkorzystniej 4-6 mm. Proces separacji soli nieorganicznych oraz organicznych prowadzi się do momentu uzyskania odsolenia roztworu do przewodnictwa poniżej 0,5 mS/cm.
