Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania środka do sanityzacji powierzchni użytkowych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie do wodnego roztworu środka powierzchniowo czynnego dodaje się węglan metalu alkalicznego, miesza się do ustabilizowania struktury i temperatury mieszaniny, po czym mieszaninę łączy się ze stałym kwasem organicznym i fazą olejową, miesza się i poddaje prasowaniu w postać tabletki. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także środek do sanityzacji powierzchni użytkowych zawierający środek powierzchniowo czynny, kwas organiczny, wodorowęglan metalu alkalicznego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera środek powierzchniowo czynny w postaci ciekłej w ilości 0,5 do 20%, fazę olejową od 0,5-5% wagowych, kwas organiczny w ilości 10-65% oraz w uzupełnieniu do 100% wagowych węglan sodu lub wodorowęglan sodu lub ich mieszaniny w dowolnej proporcji wagowej, przy czym stosunek wagowy węglanu metalu alkalicznego do ciekłego środka powierzchniowo czynnego jest zawarty w przedziale od 1:1 do 20:1.The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of an agent for sanitizing usable surfaces, which is characterized in that in the first stage, an alkali metal carbonate is added to the aqueous solution of the surfactant, mixed until the structure and temperature of the mixture stabilize, and then the mixture is combined with a solid organic acid and the oil phase, mixed and compressed into a tablet. The application also covers a means for sanitizing utility surfaces containing a surfactant, an organic acid, an alkali metal bicarbonate, characterized in that it contains a liquid surfactant in the amount of 0.5 to 20%, an oil phase of 0.5-5 % by weight, organic acid in the amount of 10-65% and in addition to 100% by weight sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate or their mixtures in any weight proportion, the weight ratio of alkali metal carbonate to liquid surfactant is in the range of 1: 1 to 20:1.
