Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji elastycznej pianki poliuretanowej z zastosowaniem surowców odnawialnych i foli ochronnej, który charakteryzuje się tym, że kompozycja zawiera poza poliolami pochodzenia petrochemicznego 2%-10% masowo bio-polioli wytworzonych przy co najmniej 70% udziale surowców odnawialnych, liczba hydroksylowa zastosowanych bio-polioli zawiera się w przedziale 170-400 mgKOH/g, a podczas spieniania mieszaniny reakcyjnej kompozycji jej powierzchnia pokryta jest folią polietylenową.The subject of the application is a method of producing a composition of flexible polyurethane foam using renewable raw materials and a protective film, which is characterized in that the composition contains, apart from polyols of petrochemical origin, 2%-10% by mass of bio-polyols produced with at least 70% of renewable raw materials, hydroxyl number of the bio-polyols used is in the range of 170-400 mgKOH/g, and during the foaming of the reaction mixture of the composition, its surface is covered with a polyethylene film.
