Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wiskoelastycznej biopianki poliuretanowej, w którym to sposobie komponent poliolowy zawierający mieszaninę polioli, substancję powierzchniowo-czynną, katalizator, przedłużacz łańcucha i wodę miesza się z komponentem izocyjanianowym, po czym wylewa do formy i sezonuje. Komponent poliolowy zawiera mieszaninę polioli, w skład której wchodzi 10% do 60% mas. biopoliolu, od 0 do 30% mas. poliolu polieterowego na bazie sorbitolu, od 20% do 35% mas. reaktywnego wysokofunkcyjnego polioksyalikilenolu, 20% mas. poliolu polieterowego, kopolimeru blokowo-statystycznego tlenku etylenu i tlenku propylenu na bazie gliceryny. Na każde 100 g mieszaniny polioli używa się od 0,2 do 1 g katalizatora, od 0,1 do 1,0 g substancji powierzchniowo czynnych, od 2 do 3 g przedłużacza łańcucha i od 2 do 4,2 g wody, następnie wszystkie składniki komponentu poliolowego miesza się, po czym dodaje się do nich komponent izocyjanianowy z zachowaniem indeksu izocyjanianowego od 0,45 do 0,6, całość miesza się, wylewa do formy i sezonuje.The subject of the application is a method for producing viscoelastic polyurethane biofoam, in which a polyol component containing a mixture of polyols, a surfactant, a catalyst, a chain extender, and water is mixed with an isocyanate component, then poured into a mold and seasoned. The polyol component comprises a polyol mixture comprising 10% to 60% by weight of biopolyol, 0% to 30% by weight of a sorbitol-based polyether polyol, 20% to 35% by weight of a reactive, highly functional polyoxyalkylenol, 20% by weight of a polyether polyol, a glycerine-based block-statistic copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. For every 100 g of polyol mixture, 0.2 to 1 g of catalyst, 0.1 to 1.0 g of surfactants, 2 to 3 g of chain extender and 2 to 4.2 g of water are used, then all components of the polyol component are mixed, after which the isocyanate component is added to them while maintaining the isocyanate index from 0.45 to 0.6, the whole is mixed, poured into a mold and cured.
