Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawiony na rysunku sposób przetwarzania siarczkowych materiałów miedziowo-niklowych może być stosowany w metalurgii metali nieżelaznych do przetwarzania siarczkowych materiałów miedziowo-niklowych. Przetwarzanie siarczkowych materiałów miedziowo—niklowych obejmuje prażenie utleniające materiału z wytworzeniem żużlu, ługowanie żużlu roztworem obiegowym, oddzielanie pozostałości po ługowaniu oraz elektroekstrakcję miedzi z roztworu z ługowania. Żużel i pyły wytwarzane w wyniku prażenia ługuje się oddzielnie. Pyły ługuje się w obiegowym rafinacie miedzi wraz z oddzielona częścią roztworu z linii przetwarzania żużlu, jako którą wykorzystuje się część dostarczanego do ługowania roztworu po elektroekstrakcji miedzi. Oddziela się pozostałość z ługowania pyłów. Miedź wydziela się przez ekstrakcję ciecz—ciecz z roztworu z ługowania pyłów, następnie prowadzi się oddzielna elektroekstrakcje miedzi z reekstraktu obiegowego. Następnie oddziela się część rafinatu i przesyła do wytwarzania niklu.
