Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pellet z mieszaniny otrąb pszennych i suchych osadów ściekowych o poprawionej wytrzymałości mechanicznej, charakteryzujący się tym, że mieszanina otrąb pszennych i suchych osadów ściekowych zawierająca suche osady ściekowe oraz otręby pszenne w stosunku masowym suchych osadów ściekowych do otrąb pszennych wynoszącym od 1 : 99 do 1 : 4, zawiera dodatek poprawiający wytrzymałość mechaniczną, którym jest toryfikat trocin z drewna drzew iglastych w ilości od 0,5 do 2% (m/m), w przeliczeniu na masę pelletu, który to toryfikat otrzymano przeprowadzając proces w temperaturze 230°C, w czasie 80 minut, w przepływie 12 l/h gazu obojętnego.The subject of the application is a pellet made of a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge with improved mechanical strength, characterized by the fact that the mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge containing dry sewage sludge and wheat bran in a mass ratio of dry sewage sludge to wheat bran ranging from 1:99 up to 1:4, contains an additive improving mechanical strength, which is torrefied sawdust from coniferous wood in an amount from 0.5 to 2% (m/m), based on the weight of the pellet, which was obtained by carrying out the process at a temperature of 230° C, for 80 minutes, in a flow of 12 l/h of inert gas.
